WHEN SOMETHING IS WRONG

• In Verso Plans or Verso Manager: Settings, About, Save a support file. It holds settings and logs with every password and key blanked. Send it with a line on what happened.
• The office can ask any computer for its support file from the Manager's Computers page; it goes to the company file store on its own.
• For the other tools, write with the tool's name, its version from its About page, and what you did.

FOR INTEGRATORS

• The Verso Build contract: six read-only views on the company database and a reader login. Ask for the document.
• Job cost exports in the BuzzBID Job Cost layout from the Verso Plans Reports page.
